Why Habits?
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
Similarly, one of the easiest ways to successfully create lasting change is to make small changes to what we do and how we think each and every day – Habits in fact.
It can be difficult to get our new Habits in place, particularly when we might have been doing things a particular way for years – and sometimes it takes a bit more planning and awareness than we usually allocate. Which is why we’ve ensured that we not only look at how to identify initial habits – but also the actions and structures to help you keep going.
Our goal is to set you up for habit forming (and therefore goal achieving) success!

What’s involved?
Ever set a New Years “resolution” only to find yourself giving up a few weeks (or days) in?
There is actually a lot of mindset stuff behind forming and maintaining Habits OF YOUR CHOICE. If they were easy, you’d probably be doing them already. So we make sure we take you through a bit of what’s going on and how to choose Habits that will not only be easier to establish (that first bite of the elephant), AND some practical strategies as well.

The What, Why, When and How of our goals and the Habits that will bring them into reality.

Day 2
Creating our habits around what we eat and drink…

Day 3
Practices and habits for healthy thoughts (and as a result, how we feel about ourselves).

Day 4
Movement and Strength – building a strong framework for feeling great.

Day 5
The Habits in our choices – making more aligned and conscious decisions.
