Courtenay Polock

Courtenay Polock is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and the founder of HER Exercise Physiology, a virtual clinic dedicated to women’s health. Growing up in Sydney, Courtenay had access to a wide range of healthcare services. However, after moving to the regional Victorian town of Wodonga, she was surprised by the limited access to specialists, long waitlists, and the necessity for extensive travel from more remote locations to receive care. This experience fueled her passion for making high-quality women’s health services accessible to all, regardless of location.

Courtenay specializes in exercise prescription for complex women’s health conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunction, reproductive health, endometriosis, pre and postnatal health, and menopause transition.
