Improving your Pelvic Floor with Courtenay Polock

Is your bladder or bowel letting you down? UTIs becoming a regular problem? Pelvic pain during or after sex? Lower back pain that radiates to the thighs or groin area? Chances are you are experiencing pelvic floor “dysfunction”.
